Gel Mask Cold/Ice Pack or Heated

This is great for after procedures!

Plush exterior with gel beads inside for a soothing hot and cold compress.

COLD COMPRESS 1

Put the product in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes

COLD COMPRESS 2

Put the product in the freezer for 15-30 minutes

HEATED COMPRESS

Heat the eye mask in the microwave (medium to low setting) for 10 seconds

You can add an additional 10 seconds at a time for more heat. DO NOT set it for 1-2 minutes at a time
